Get to Know Us
Erin Shields, CLT, LE
Founder, Managing Partner
For Erin, the two most important aspects of her business are team chemistry and patient/provider relationships. With both, she believes delivering a quality experience to each client is a guarantee. Erin’s 12 years in the Med Spa industry began as a provider, specializing in body contouring and skin tightening lasers. After 5 years, she transitioned to management where she gained valuable business knowledge, but also recognized the need for supportive leadership, inspiring her journey to open All Things Face Med Spa.
Erin believes that receptive, encouraging leadership can positively impact a practice and her direct involvement in team development is her primary focus. She understands that having the right circle of people around is a life upgrade and she immensely values the team of talented ladies she works with.
When she’s not at work, Erin’s favorite thing in the world is spending time with her kids. Her little family is her greatest accomplishment.
Geri Fuhrman, RN, BSN
Founder, Injector
Geri is a master trained injection nurse, starting her aesthetics career in 2007. She obtained her nursing degree from Central Missouri State University in 1996 and chose critical care nursing at a local KC hospital for several years before her interest in medical aesthetics. Geri provides no pressure consultations and injectable treatments such as neurotoxins (Botox & Dysport), hyaluronic acid fillers, Kybella, Sculptra , PRP and Skinvive.
Geri brings a down to earth, natural approach to facial balancing with her injections techniques and conservative treatment plans leaving you looking refreshed and relaxed, never fake or overdone.
Geri’s hobbies include caring for her numerous farm animals, (the mini donkey is her fav but don’t tell the others!) gardening, horseback riding and spending time relaxing with family and friends.
Laura Starling, NP, RN
Certified Master Injector
Laura Starling is a nurse injector here at All Things Face Med Spa. She has a biology and chemistry degree from Pittsburg State University, a bachelors in nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University, and recently completed Nurse Practitioner school in December 2023. Laura has worked in specialties such as orthopedics, neurology, stroke, ophthalmology, nutrient IV therapy, weight-loss and aesthetics.
Laura has a passion for aesthetics and enjoys using her nursing skills for beauty and wellness. Laura has completed several advanced trainings, keeping her up to date on the most current injection techniques and safety protocols. She believes in providing above and beyond service, as well as developing a special relationship with all her clients. She loves learning her client’s needs and aesthetic goals. She is willing to work with her clients to create a strategic plan that is realistic and obtainable. Outside of working, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and anything outdoors.
Mycala Kickland, CLT, LE
Certified Laser Technician | Licensed Aesthetician
Mycala’s professionalism and attention to detail secure her role as a leading Aesthetician at All Things Face Med Spa. Her interest in new treatments and techniques is constant, guaranteeing her clients the highest level of expertise and service. Her certifications include Fraxel Laser, Cutera, Candela, Hydrafacials, Gentle Max Pro, IPL Lasers, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and Dermaplaning.
She has a passion to help clients achieve optimal results for all skin and body concerns with a comprehensive treatment plan that works both in the treatment room and at home. She believes in educating her clients to properly care for their skin using different resurfacing modalities to enhance their appearance and confidence.
She enjoys nothing more than helping her clients feel attractive and confident in their own skin. In her off time, you might find her at the lake with her friends or hanging out with her sidekick Coco.
Pamela Calligan, CLT, LE
Certified Laser Technician | Licensed Aesthetician
Pamela is a lead esthetician at All Things Face Med Spa with invaluable knowledge of skincare and aesthetics. She genuinely listens to client concerns before working to address and correct them and has an innate ability for pairing skincare products with personalized needs.
Pamela‘s specialties include DiamondGlow Facials, Laser Genesis, Dermaplaning, and RF Micro-Needling. Her passion for skin health and anti-aging began 35 years ago as an instructor of aesthetics in Johnson County. Pam participates in continuing education to ensure her clients receive the newest and most innovative skin treatments on the market and she teaches others to love their skin at every age.
In her free time, Pamela enjoys her family. Her husband, children, grand-children, and fur-baby Butch, keep her smiling.
Peyton Pitman
Lead Patient Care Coordinator | Marketing
Peyton is an expert in creating the best possible experience for patients at All Things Face Med Spa. She coordinates and oversees the daily operations of scheduling, patient programs, marketing/advertising content, and managing social media platforms. She possesses excellent organizational skills and ensures effectiveness of All Things Face Med Spa’s processes.
Prior to working at All Things Face Med Spa, Peyton obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from KU in Lawrence, KS. After college, she held a marketing position in California where she gained valuable knowledge and experience.
When Peyton isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves to travel.
Chloe Andrejic, RN
Receptionist
Chloe is a registered nurse working full-time at Children’s Mercy. Chloe graduated from the University of Central Missouri with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in December 2022.
Chloe loves working with the pediatric population and has a new interest in Aesthetic medicine. She will be working as a part-time receptionist on Saturdays and is excited to learn more about the aesthetic industry.
Chloe is newly married, lives with her husband in Concordia, MO and enjoys taking care of her farm animals, her dog Thor, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Paul Doskey, MD, PhD
Medical Director
Dr. Paul Doskey is the medical director at All Things Face Med Spa. He’s a board certified staff Anesthesiologist and Representative for Quality Assurance Hospital and Department Chairman of Anesthesia. Dr Doskey has been the Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Kansas since 2019 and the University of Missouri-Kansas City since 2020, as well as Residency Director for Anesthesia Veterans Administration in Kansas City, MO from 2018-present.
Dr. Doskey oversees all treatments performed at All Things Face Med Spa.
