Meet the Team
Erin Shields
Founder, Managing Partner
For Erin, the two most important aspects of her business are team chemistry and patient/provider relationships. With both, she believes delivering a quality experience to each client is a guarantee. Erin’s 12 years in the Med Spa industry began as a provider, specializing in body contouring and skin tightening lasers. After 5 years, she transitioned to management where she gained valuable business knowledge, but also recognized the need for supportive leadership, inspiring her journey to open All Things Face Med Spa.
Erin believes that receptive, encouraging leadership can positively impact a practice and her direct involvement in team development is her primary focus. She understands that having the right circle of people around is a life upgrade and she immensely values the team of talented ladies she works with.
When she’s not at work, Erin’s favorite thing in the world is spending time with her kids. Her little family is her greatest accomplishment.
Geri Fuhrman, RN, BSN
Founder, Injector
Geri is a master trained injection nurse, starting her aesthetics career in 2007. She obtained her nursing degree from Central Missouri State University in 1996 and chose critical care nursing at a local KC hospital for several years before her interest in medical aesthetics. Geri provides no pressure consultations and injectable treatments such as neurotoxins (Botox & Dysport), hyaluronic acid fillers, Kybella, Sculptra , PRP and Skinvive.
Geri brings a down to earth, natural approach to facial balancing with her injections techniques and conservative treatment plans leaving you looking refreshed and relaxed, never fake or overdone.
Geri’s hobbies include caring for her numerous farm animals, (the mini donkey is her fav but don’t tell the others!) gardening, horseback riding and spending time relaxing with family and friends.
Kenzi Barett, RN
Injector | Certified Laser Technician
Kenzy Barrett is a registered nurse and certified master aesthetic injector, skin care specialist and certified laser tech at All Things Face Med Spa, known for her eye for facial balancing and her ability to deliver natural, refined, and long-lasting results. With a background in Pediatric Intensive Care and Operating Room nursing, she brings advanced clinical skill, precision, and a strong commitment to safety into every treatment.
Kenzy specializes in enhancing natural beauty through subtle, strategic treatments that elevate each client’s unique features. She is especially known for her signature lip and chin filler combinations, creating beautifully balanced structure and effortlessly enhanced results. Kenzy is dedicated to staying at the forefront of aesthetics.
Originally a small-town Kansas girl, Kenzy’s warm, down-to-earth personality makes clients feel instantly comfortable and cared for. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels safe, confident, and valued.
Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys painting, exploring farmers markets, volunteering, horse riding, hiking with her dog on the boat!
For Kenzy, aesthetics is more than results, it’s about helping people feel confident, empowered, and like the best version of themselves.
Mycala Kickland, CLT, LE
Certified Laser Technician | Licensed Aesthetician
Mycala’s professionalism and attention to detail secure her role as a leading Aesthetician at All Things Face Med Spa. Her interest in new treatments and techniques is constant, guaranteeing her clients the highest level of expertise and service. Her certifications include Fraxel Laser, Cutera, Candela, Hydrafacials, Gentle Max Pro, IPL Lasers, Chemical Peels, Microneedling, and Dermaplaning.
She has a passion to help clients achieve optimal results for all skin and body concerns with a comprehensive treatment plan that works both in the treatment room and at home. She believes in educating her clients to properly care for their skin using different resurfacing modalities to enhance their appearance and confidence.
She enjoys nothing more than helping her clients feel attractive and confident in their own skin. In her off time, you might find her at the lake with her friends or hanging out with her sidekick Coco.
Jamie Cool
Client Relations Manager
Jamie has lived here almost her entire life and loves all things Kansas City. With a degree in Marketing, and a Master’s in Psychology, Jamie has incredible attention to detail and organization. While newer to the med spa industry, she’s excited to bring her years of management and business operation skills to All Things Face.
Jamie will help ensure every client’s experience is a positive one and loves supporting their needs while visiting.
When not working, Jamie enjoys doing design and repurposing projects, thrifting, and single-handedly attempting to rescue every animal in need in the greater Kansas City area. A multiple time “foster fail”, she enjoys spending time with her animals as well as her friends and family.
Chloe Andrejic, RN
Receptionist
Chloe is a registered nurse working full-time at Children’s Mercy. Chloe graduated from the University of Central Missouri with her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in December 2022.
Chloe loves working with the pediatric population and has a new interest in Aesthetic medicine. She will be working as a part-time receptionist on Saturdays and is excited to learn more about the aesthetic industry.
Chloe is newly married, lives with her husband in Concordia, MO and enjoys taking care of her farm animals, her dog Thor, and spending time with family and friends.
Brooklyn Bell
Social Media & Content Specialist
Brooklyn is a full-time Influencer and content creator bringing real-world social media expertise to All Things Face. Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, she now lives her best life in her beachy dream destination where she’s pursuing a Business & Marketing degree while operating her online social media platform.
She brings creativity, strategy, and a strong pulse on trends to All Things Face Med Spa, capturing our results, our culture, and what we do best. If you’ve double-tapped, shared, or saved one of our posts—you’ve seen her magic.
Dr. Paul Doskey, MD, PhD
Medical Director
Dr. Paul Doskey is the medical director at All Things Face Med Spa. He’s a board certified staff Anesthesiologist and Representative for Quality Assurance Hospital and Department Chairman of Anesthesia. Dr Doskey has been the Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Kansas since 2019 and the University of Missouri-Kansas City since 2020, as well as Residency Director for Anesthesia Veterans Administration in Kansas City, MO from 2018-present.
Dr. Doskey oversees all treatments performed at All Things Face Med Spa.
